Let’s Coorgi: A Playful Display Font for Web Projects

I was working on a new landing page for a creative kids’ workshop, and I needed a font that felt both fun and professional. That’s when I stumbled upon Let’s Coorgi. It immediately stood out as a display font with a unique charm that could elevate the visual storytelling of the project.

Let’s Coorgi is a cute display font designed to brighten up any school or kids’ project. The enchanting and colorful style of this typeface has a playful yet polished feel that makes it ideal for digital layouts where personality matters.

Testing Let’s Coorgi in a Real Project

I decided to test Let’s Coorgi in the hero section of the landing page. The goal was to create a headline that would catch attention without overwhelming the viewer. I placed the font over a bright background image of children playing and noticed how the soft curves and vibrant energy of the font complemented the scene perfectly.

When previewing the layout on mobile devices, I checked if the text remained legible. The font size scaled well, and the letterforms stayed clear even at smaller sizes. This made me confident that Let’s Coorgi could be used effectively across different screen sizes without sacrificing readability.

Using Let’s Coorgi Across Different Elements

As I continued designing, I realized how versatile Let’s Coorgi could be. Here are a few places where it worked particularly well:

Readability and Visual Hierarchy

One of my main concerns when using a decorative font like Let’s Coorgi was ensuring that it didn’t compromise readability. I tested it alongside a clean sans serif font like Helvetica for body copy and found that the contrast helped maintain a strong visual hierarchy.

On dark backgrounds, I noticed that the font’s color needed to be adjusted slightly to ensure it remained visible. However, on light backgrounds, the default color worked seamlessly. I also made sure to use sufficient spacing between letters and lines to prevent the text from feeling cramped, especially on smaller screens.

For fast-loading web pages, I checked if Let’s Coorgi had optimized webfont files. The font loaded quickly and rendered smoothly, which was essential for maintaining a good user experience.

Font Pairing and Design Consistency

Pairing Let’s Coorgi with other fonts was an important part of the process. I found that combining it with a simple sans serif font created a balanced look—playful yet professional. For example, using Let’s Coorgi for headings and Roboto for body text gave the site a modern and approachable feel.

For more editorial-style designs, I experimented with pairing Let’s Coorgi with a serif font like Georgia. This combination worked well for projects that needed a bit more elegance but still wanted to retain a youthful vibe.

Considering Licensing and Technical Details

Before finalizing the font for the project, I made sure to review the licensing terms. Let’s Coorgi came with a commercial license, which was ideal since the website would be used for client work. I also checked if the font supported multiple languages and had alternate characters, which were not necessary for this particular project but were reassuring to know.

Having access to different weights and styles allowed me to customize the typography further. Even though I only used the regular weight in this case, knowing that variations were available gave me flexibility for future projects.

The font file formats included were compatible with most web platforms, and the integration was straightforward. I didn’t encounter any issues during testing, which made the implementation smooth and hassle-free.

Final Thoughts on Let’s Coorgi

Overall, Let’s Coorgi proved to be a valuable addition to the project. Its cheerful personality brought a sense of warmth and creativity to the design, making the landing page more engaging for the target audience. Whether you're designing a kids’ educational platform, a boutique online store, or a coaching website, this display font can help you create a memorable brand experience.

If you're looking for a font that balances playfulness with professionalism, Let’s Coorgi might just be the one you need. It's worth testing in your next project to see how it can enhance your design and bring your brand’s voice to life.
